Why You Need A Mobile Optimized Website

When you break the numbers down even further, tables took home 33% of mobile e-commerce sales, while smartphones accounted for 18%.

There are, or course, various phases that occur before a conversion takes place. When it comes to the research phase, folks love mobile. Two-thirds of visits to retail sites were from a mobile device, up more than 10% from the previous year.

So why is this shift continuing to move upwards, in favor of portable devices? Technology, of course, has something to do with it.
