Another Shopping Search Engine Shuts Down
Since Google introduced their pay-to-play Product Listing Ads, and later adaption Google Shopping Campaigns, the environment for other comparison shopping sites have become more hostile and difficult to survive. TheFind.com is the latest example of an free engine that switched to a paid model, but could not complete. Will their migration to Facebook reinvigorated the ecommerce market with a new powerhouse player or will it be another failed attempt for Facebook to infiltrate the ecommerce market. Only time will tell.
